Details:

Start at a point at the top of the Bostal Hill on the old A24. Left on A24 then south to Findon roundabout (1.952 miles). Encircle and proceed northwrads to Washington roundabout (5 miles)

Right on the A283 to second left hand turn at Wiston crossroads (6.612 miles), left through Hole Street to join A24 just suth of Ashington (8.239 miles). Left to Washington roundabout where straight over to finish opposite gateway at the bottom of the Washington by-pass
