Albert Lingham known as Chiefy (bottom left), Percy Bliss (bottom right). Bill Giffen is sat next to the Lady. This could be around 1936, the Diamond anniversary of the club's formation, as both Helliwell Twins would pass away by 1939. In other photographs there is a notice on the wall commemorating the that the club was formed at the Swan Hotel in 1876 at the bottom of the High Street (bombed during the war). This could be outside the Castle Hotel, which was the Club HQ.
