Details:

Start in B1002 just east of Mountnessing roundabout opposite lamp post 94 by 40mph restriction sign. Proceed towards London to Mountnessing roundabout where take first exit on to the eastbound carriageway of A12.
Turn at Margareting flyover (4.76miles). Retrace along A12 to Mountnessing where left on slip road (signpost Bentwood A1023) to finish in A1023 at lamppost 2886.
