This is the information held in the database about Sussex Cycle Racing League Road Race Glyndebourne (Road Race) 17 March 1979.

The Course used was the Glyndebourne (Road Race):
Start outisde Youth Club, proceed (neutralised) to Springett Avenue, left along Springett Avenue to junction with Goat Lane, right to junction with Glynde Road. Left (end of neutralisation) up hill and Glyndebourne to junction at Glyndebourne Farm, left to junction with B2124. Left on B2124 to junction with B2192. Continue on B2192 through Ringmer to junction to junction of road leading to Glynde. Left to complete circuit. (Complete six laps) and continue up hill to finish approximately 30 ards short of the top of the hill.
