Hastings Cycling Club's Peter Baker recorded a time of 4hr 40min 2lsec in the Sussex CA ""100"" which took in Sompting, Worthing and Emsworth. Baker was again in action in the Hastings club run to the Medway Velo CC '15' around the Kent Cycling Association's 12-hour finishing circuit and, then on to Lenharn. He recorded the fastest time, of 38:02min with J Southerden [Jack Southerden] finishing in 46:52 min. Tomorrow's run Is to the East Sussex CA '50' leaving the foot of Filsham Road at 8.30 am.
